| The manufactured home section of the park is full but occasionally we have pre-owed mobile homes that come up for sale and/or we will help our resident broker their pre-owed homes. Manufactured housing is about truly affordable homes therefore let us know if you would like us to contact you when the next home or site becomes available. There is one vacant space in the RV section of the park. We rent RV spaces for a minimum of 1 month. 6 month - 1 year leases are available.
